Demystifying Therapy

 

The decision to seek help or support in the form of psychotherapy can be a challenging one. You may be considering therapy because you are experiencing distress such as dealing with depression and anxiety, processing a traumatic experience or managing harmful feelings and behaviours. But it is not the case that you have to be in crisis to benefit from therapy. Clients come to us for a myriad of reasons as varied as human experience itself.
