Psychotherapist, Maternity & Postnatal Depression Specialist
I am a Psychotherapist and founding Partner at Kensington Therapy. I also see clients at The White Crane Clinic in Primrose Hill and through the NHS at Women & Health and Mind in Camden where I co-facilitate a paranoia group and volunteer in the Phoenix wellbeing and recovery service.
My approach to therapy is existential-phenomenological, but my training is integrative and I draw on psychodynamic and person-centred models of therapy as well as CBT whenever I feel they may be helpful to my clients.
I gained my Postgraduate Diploma and MA at Regent's University's School of Psychotherapy & Counselling Psychology in London. I wrote my MA dissertation on the experience of regret as a catalyst for change and I am currently embarking on further studies in Existential Psychotherapy.
